A-list actors are attending parties and working with stylists to choose the perfect red-carpet outfit. The world will be watching Sunday, February 22 on ABC as the Oscar winners are announced. Oscar Watch PartiesIn past years, several of my friends have hosted an Academy Awards Watch Party. The group would get together and cheer on our favorite actors and movies while indulging in snacks and…libations. Watch parties are always a fun time. There’s a healthy dose of competition and camaraderie. Tomorrow night, I will most likely watch the telecast alone or with family. However, if I were to host a watch party, below are five recipes for food that I would serve.
- Cheese Sticks for Oscars Night / Alexandra’s Kitchen
- Flavored Popcorn / Martha Stewart
- Ham and Swiss Sliders / Chef in Training
- Champagne Red Velvet Cupcakes / Atta Girl Says
- Sparkling Celebration Punch / Divas Can Cook
